SERBIA: Nofar puts recently operational solar plant on the market
Nofar Energy has put up for sale a recently operational 27 MWp solar PV project in Serbia.
It has mandated Kommunalkredit to run the sale of the Ada plant, with the financial advisor having issued teasers on the transaction to interested parties over the second half of March, according to market sources.
The Israel-based IPP grid-connected the EUR 25m scheme, located in the northern province of Vojvodina, earlier in Q1.
The plant, which was constructed by Turkish EPC contractor Girisim Elektric, was built on an all-equity basis and is currently unlevered.
Nofar’s operational and under-construction solar portfolio globally now stands at around 2.4 GW, while its operational and under-construction BESS portfolio stands at around 1.2 GWh.
The IPP separately in early February launched the sale of a 40 MWp portfolio of operating Polish solar PV assets together with a solar & battery storage project pipeline.
