Financial advisor Dauerkraft has started sounding the market for a co-investor to support a local German developer in the construction and operation of a c. 30 MWp solar PV with 80 MW BESS portfolio.

The identity of the developer is currently unknown as the opportunity is being marketed on a “blind teaser” basis, according to market sources.

However, the seller has developed and now owns and operates around 80 MWp of solar PV capacity inhouse.

The 30 MWp solar / 80 MW BESS portfolio for which the developer is looking for a co-investor comprises around 10 projects of different sizes which are expected to reach ready-to-build over late 2026-early 2027.

Under the currently proposed deal structure, projects will be folded into a holdco platform once they reach RTB, with the investment partner to provide the necessary equity capital/shareholder loans for their construction.

Under current timelines, non-binding offers are believed to fall due at the end of August.
