We limit the amount of information we gather and store about Visitors, but we do collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the NPM Site to you. Event Registration and Attendance Data

In addition to data collected through use of the NPM Site, we collect and process personal data when you create an account on our NPM Events platform and when you register for events organised or delivered by New Project Media.

This may include your name, company name, job title, business email address, billing address, payment details, and any other information you choose to provide during the event registration process.
We process this data for the purposes of:

• administering event registrations and attendance
• processing payments and issuing tickets
• communicating with attendees before, during, and after events
• delivering and improving our events and related services

For events taking place in the European Economic Area (EEA), or where attendees are subject to GDPR, limited business contact data (name, company name, job title, business email address) may be shared with event sponsors only where explicit consent has been provided at the point of registration for the purpose of event-related follow-up.

Attendees who do not provide consent are not included in sponsor attendee lists.

For events taking place outside the EEA, including events held in the United States, attendee data may be shared with event sponsors in accordance with applicable local data protection and privacy laws and the terms communicated to attendees at the point of registration.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data in connection with event registrations on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the event you have registered for) and, where applicable, consent or other lawful bases under applicable data protection laws.

For events taking place in the European Economic Area (EEA), or where GDPR applies, the sharing of attendee data with event sponsors is carried out solely on the basis of explicit consent, which is obtained at the point of event registration. Attendees who do not provide consent are not included in sponsor attendee lists.

For events taking place outside the EEA, including events held in the United States, attendee data may be processed and shared with sponsors in accordance with applicable local privacy laws and the disclosures made to attendees at the time of registration.
