SPAIN: Omnes sells 30 MW RTB solar project to South Korean group

Omnes Capital has divested a ready-to-build 30 MW solar PV project in Murcia to a subsidiary of South Korea-based GS E&C, it is understood.

Environmental services group GS Inima announced in January that it had purchased the 30 MWp Fenazar project in Molina de Segura from an undisclosed seller, but this is now understood to be Omnes Capital subsidiary Capenergie Green 2, according to filings.

Fenazar will use bifacial modules and solar tracking technology, with an estimated production of almost 60,000 MWh per year.

Construction on the project is set to start in Q4 2025 with commissioning to follow in 2027.

Astris Finance (financial) advised Omnes Capital on the sale.
