FRANCE: Clean transport fuel group Enerjump preps topco equity raise
French clean fuels supplier Enerjump is preparing to launch a capital raise to support its next phase of growth.
The Biarritz-headquartered group, which was incorporated in 2015 and is owned by its founders, SWEN Capital Partners and lorry carriers, has to date focused largely on the supply of LNG and CNG fuels to truck fleets via its network of multi-renewable energy service stations.
However, it recently began to extend its offering to include electric vehicle charging.
The group is understood to be working with financial advisor Finergreen on the raise, with teasers having recently been issued to investors and a first round of bidding for a stake in the company forecast to kick off in the second half of May.
Enerjump’s shareholders are believed to be looking to raise in the region of EUR 60m from the transaction.
Enerjump’s independent network of public biogas stations operates under the Gaz'up brand, while its network of shared electric charging stations for transport and logistics professionals is operated under the Watt'up brand.
